Privacy Policy

Alumni Watch helps you follow college football players you know into the NFL. This page explains what information the app collects, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• Your Apple account identifier. Signing in uses Sign in with Apple. We receive a unique, opaque identifier for your Apple ID, and — only if you choose to share it — an email address (which may be an Apple private relay address). We never see your Apple password.
• Your saved roster. The players you save are stored against your account so they sync across app launches.
• Subscription status. If you purchase the unlimited roster upgrade, our payment processor (RevenueCat, on top of Apple's App Store) tells us whether your subscription is active so the app can unlock accordingly. We do not receive or store your payment details — Apple handles billing directly.

What we don't do

• No advertising or ad-tracking SDKs.
• No analytics that profile you individually.
• No access to your contacts, photos, or location.
• We never sell your data.

Third parties

Alumni Watch relies on a few outside services to work:

• Apple — Sign in with Apple, and App Store billing for subscriptions.
• RevenueCat — manages and verifies subscription status. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
• ESPN's public sports data — used to look up rosters, schedules, and player info. No data about you is sent to ESPN.

Data retention & deletion

Your account and saved roster are kept until you ask us to delete them. To delete your account and all associated data, email joel.wyngarden@gmail.com from the email associated with your account (or describe your Apple sign-in relay address) and it will be removed within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Alumni Watch is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date above.
